The male Platy soon quietened down, he seemed quite active for about 4 hours then just spent time sucking the cables of the heater, so there must be something tasty on it.
The females are just zipping up and down the side of the tank at the reflections of themselves.
The temp been hovering between 25.1c and 25.9c today.
I will leave the bubbles on tonight, am giving the fish an early night, turned the lights off at 9pm.
