The water was getting a bit cloudy so I have done another water change today, took 20 litres (18.3%) out and replaced it with new water. I was able to get a lot of the poo from the bottom out but still quite a bit remains.
I have also split my moss ball into 2, i tried to form a ball with each but that was not possible so just cut in half and put back into tank. The moss ball was quite tough to cut.
